Mix all ingredients together except eggs. Beat eggs slightly and add to meat mixture. Mix with hands or wooden spoon. Do not over mix. Form into 9 patties and place on a cookie sheet. Refrigerate patties for one hour or overnight. Bring to room temperature before grilling. Grill for 7 to 9 minutes per side or until done to your likeness. Serve on buttered and grilled buns with lettuce,sliced tomatoes and your choice of condiments.
