Salmon with Maple-Thyme Glaze

Ingredients

1/2 c
country style dijon mustard
4 1/2 Tbsp
pure maple syrup
3 1/2 Tbsp
water
2 Tbsp
prepared horseradish
6 8-oz
salmon fillets
1 1/2 Tbsp
golden brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 Tbsp
chopped fresh thyme

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2Whisk mustard, 3 tablespoons maple syrup, 3
1/2 tablespoons water, and horseradish in small bowl to blend.
3Arrange salmon on baking sheet.
4Whisk 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup, sugar, and thyme in another small bowl to blend. Spread thyme mixture evenly over salmon.
5Bake until salmon is just opaque in center, about 14 minutes.
6Transfer salmon to plates. Spoon mustard-horseradish sauce over and serve.
