This was recommended to my by a friend who's family (a big one) raved about it and keep asking her to make it again. Personally I've not tried it as I'm not a fan of sweet meat dishes. I think my dear friend Baby Kato would enjoy this a lot. so hon this one is for you.! :D

Ingredients For honey garlic shrimp skillet

1 lbshrimp, skin off and tail on

1 tspgarlic, minced

1/2 tspfresh ginger, minced

4 Tbsphoney

2 Tbspsoy sauce
How To Make honey garlic shrimp skillet

1Combine the sauce ingredients and divide it into half
-
2Marinate the shrimp with one half of the sauce for 15-30 minutes. Discard marinade

3Over medium high heat in a 10" skillet, pan sear the shrimp in some oil. Sear them on both sides in batches of 2 until browned, about 1 minute per side

4Using tongs, rub the shrimp into the caramelized bits on the bottom of the pan

5Plate and serve hot drizzled with the remaining sauce
