Smorrebrod w/Egg, Avocado & Radishes

- 2 slice
- dark rye bread, toasted (danish rye specified but russian rye or similar will work, or marbled rye)
- 1 oz
- butter, soft enough to spread
- eggs (your choice-hardboiled, soft boiled, fried)
- 1 small
- ripe avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced
- small radishes, thinly sliced
- salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
1After toasting the bread, spread butter evenly on each slice.
2Top each slice of bread with an egg, avocado slices, and radishes. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
