Ingredients

2 slice
dark rye bread, toasted (danish rye specified but russian rye or similar will work, or marbled rye)
1 oz
butter, soft enough to spread

eggs (your choice-hardboiled, soft boiled, fried)
1 small
ripe avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced

small radishes, thinly sliced
salt and cracked black pepper, to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

After toasting the bread, spread butter evenly on each slice.

Top each slice of bread with an egg, avocado slices, and radishes. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
