Cut and squeeze oranges and limes in pan with soy sauce and BBQ rub to taste. Heat set point at med add salmon fillet and portabella mushrooms and cook to perfection. When done set aside.
Toast bread of choice with a little butter if desired. The sandwich is layered as following Bread, honey mustard, salmon, portabella, kale style of choice, sliced avocado, shredded cheese and squeeze off a little fresh limes. If you want to add a little more sprinkle more rub on it when done.
