Open-faced Apple Butter Pastrami Sandwich

- ciabatta rolls, halved
- 6 Tbsp
- apple butter
- 4 Tbsp
- dijon mustard (or your favorite)
- 1 lb
- deli pastrami
- 3/4 c
- shredded white cheddar cheese
- chives, for garnish
1Preheat oven to broil. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil; set aside.
2To assemble the sandwich, generously spread Apple Butter and mustard on each roll. Top with pastrami and cheese.
3Place into oven and broil until the cheese has melted, about 2 minutes.
Serve immediately, sprinkled with chives.
