  Preheat oven 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  Place milk in one shallow pan. Place Doritos in another.

  Take one biscuit and press it down to flatten a bit. Wrap one piece of cheese around a hot dog. Wrap the hot dog and cheese in the flatten biscuit.

  Roll in milk then in the Doritos. Place on baking pan seam side down. Repeat with remaining hot dogs and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
