Ingredients

6 large
eggs, beaten
1/2 c
milk
1/4 tsp
sea salt
1/4 c
mayonnaise
2 clove
garlic, minced
8 slice
firm sandwich bread
4 slice
mozzarella cheese
8 slice
prosciutto
8 slice
roasted turkey, thinly sliced
4 slice
provolone cheese, thinly sliced
1/4 c
salted butter

Directions Step-By-Step

Beat together eggs, milk, and salt. Pour in a shallow dish.

Mix mayonnaise with garlic. Spread 1/2 tablespoon of mayonnaise mixture on one side of each slice of bread.

Cover 4 slices of bread with mozzarella slice, then prosciutto and turkey, then provolone. Cover each with remaining slice of bread, spreadside down. Cut each sandwich in half diagonally.

In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Meanwhile, dip sandwich halves in egg, coating well. Brown in hot butter, about 2 minutes per side.

Repeat with remaining sandwich halves.
