1 lb
hamburger meat
1 pkg
italian bread
8 oz
cream cheese
1/2 c
mayonnaise
1 tsp
italian seasoning
1 pkg
mozzarella cheese
1 jar(s)
prego sauce
1 c
water
salt,pepper, garlic salt to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

To make meatballs:
combine meat, 1 egg, 1 sleeve saltine cracker crumbs, 1 c. tomato catsup, salt, pepper.
Combine and roll into balls
Bake on baking sheet for app. 20 minutes.
Remove and let cool.

Spray 9x13 casserole dish with Pam
line dish with italian bread
combine: cream cheese, mayo, italian seasoning,pepper
Spread mixture over bread

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over cream cheese mixture
Combine Prego Sauce, water, garlic salt, meatballs
Pour meat and sauce over cheese
Top with another layer of mozzarella cheese
Bake 350 for 30 minutes
