FISH FILLET SANDWICH WITH HOMEMADE TARTAR SAUCE

The prep time looks long but it’s really just the time to get the baking pan nice and hot. The active cooking time is really only about 5 minutes! I love it for that reason! By preheating the baking pan and spraying with cooking oil you get the crispiness of fried fish without all those calories and headache. When you fry you have to stand right over the stove the entire time but when you bake you can walk away and come back when the timer goes off. These sandwiches were a big hit and I’m sure they’ll be popping up in my menu again soon.
