    green onions, chopped
  • 2 stalk
    celery, chopped
  • 3/4 c
    whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    tartar sauce
  • 1/4 c
    fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 4
    bibb lettuce leaves
  • 2 oz
    reduced-fat potato chips
  • 4
    toasted whole-grain buns

How To Make dill tuna burgers

    Mix first 10 ingredients to combine.

    Heat olive oil 12 in non-stick skillet on med-high.

    Press mixture into 4 patties. Add to skillet and cook 3 min per side or until heated through.

    Divide burgers, Bibb lettuce leaves, tartar sauce and potato chips among the buns and serve.
