Ingredients

1 lb
lean ground beef
1 lb
ground pork
1
onion, chopped
1/3 c
parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp
minced garlic
1 c
freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 1/4 c
panko bread crumbs
3/4 pkg
good season's italian seasoning mix
2 tsp
italian seasoning
1
egg, beaten
2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper
1/4 tsp
nutmeg
2 jars of your favorite marinara sauce
spaghetti, for serving

Step-By-Step

1In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with dressing mix.

2Crumble beef and pork into very large bowl (you want room to work here).

3Add seasoned breadcrumbs, beaten egg, cheese, parsley, onion, nutmeg, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper together with your hands until well incorporated. Form into twenty meatballs and place in slow cooker.

4Cover completely with sauce and cook on LOW for 6 – 8 hours (I cook mine 8. This will produce fall-apart-at-the-touch meatballs, so be careful you don’t create a Bolognese sauce by mistake!).
