I have a Sandwich of the Week lil' challenge in my group Sandwiches, Sammiches & Sammies. Members are to create a sandwich using 2 random ingredients they submitted that they would love to see on a sandwich. The 2 ingredients for this week were broccoli and french bread. Other ingredients can be added to make their sandwich. The next step is to post the recipe along with a photo to JAP. We vote on our favorite sammies. I tally up the votes and post the Sandwich of the Week. This is so much fun because it gets everyone to tap into their creative side and create and share their recipes. As group admin, my sandwich can not be voted on. I'm gonna make a sammie everyweek using the same ingredients because it's just plain fun! Happy Sammie Making! sw:)
