Ingredients

2 slabs of ribs

2 btl pace picante. hot,mild or medium
2 lg jalapenos, fresh cut in half. leave in seeds
2 md onions
2 can(s) beer.
1 c soy sauce
1 c worchestershire sauce
juice of 2 limes
pepper flakes
hot sauce
4 clove garlic smashed
1 btl barbecue sauce

found this recipe changed the ingredient amounts to fit my large family. it has become a family favorite.
 
 

Directions

1
heat oven to 350
2
add all ingredients except for barbecue sauce in large pot. add ribs and let boil for about 30-40 minutes

heat up stove top grill and grill ribs for about 10 minutes
4
place ribs in a oven safe pan. put a layer of barbecue sauce on ribs and put in oven. let cook until tender. while cooking put layers of barbecue sauce a couple of times. serve hot.
