Ingredients

3 lb
pork rib
1 tsp
curry powder
2 Tbsp
sesame oil
1/2 c
sugar
4 Tbsp
soy sauce
1/2
medium onion
2
garlic cloves

Step-By-Step

1Grate onion and garlic cloves.
2In a large Ziploc or plastic bag, combine all ingredients except pork ribs. Shake it up to blend well. Then put pork ribs into the Ziploc and rub on pork ribs. Refrigerate for half day.
3Bake at 400 degrees F for about 35 minutes.
