TERYAKI BACON AND SUGAR SNAP PEA

- unsalted bacon
- 2 Tbsp
- teryaki sauce
- 1 c
- sugar snap peas
- 1 oz
- salt and pepper

1Put your spaghetti on to cook for approx 8 mins.
2Cut your bacon into 1" strips and fry in a little butter. Cut your sugar snap peas in half and add to the frying pan. Add your teryaki sauce, salt and pepper. Fry for about 5 mins on a low heat.
3In another small frying pan, fry your eggs to your tasting, I like mine sunny side up.
4Drain your spaghetti, place bacon and sugar snap peas on top of the spaghetti and place your egg on top. Garnish with a little parsley.
