Ingredients

5 large	vidalia onions, sliced and lightly sauteed
12	buttery crackers, crushed
1 lb	sausage meat, browned and drained
1/4 tsp	seasoning salt
10 3/4 oz	can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c	grated cheddar cheese
1 small	jar of pimento

Judy's Notes:

We love the combination of sausage and onions, in our house so this is a favorite.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except the crackers and transfer to a large casserole dish. Top with crackers and bake for 30 minutes or until crackers are golden brown. Serve warm
