sweet and spicy ribs

Soooo good. They have a slight bite, but are sweet and tangy at the same time. They melt in your mouth. I have never had more flavorful ribs. I couldn't stop saying WOW.

Ingredients

3-4
slabs of ribs
1 1/2 Tbsp
seasoning salt
2 Tbsp
minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp
celery seed
2 tsp
powdered red pepper
2 tsp
chili powder
2 tsp
paprika
2 c
sugar
1/2 c
molasses or maple syrup (orig, recipe is molasses)
1 c
orange juice
1/2 c
apple cider vinegar

Step-By-Step

1place ribs in boiling water for 15 mins.
2While ribs are boiling, whisk together remainder of ingredients until sugar is dissolved.
3When ribs are done boiling, pat dry and cover with the mixture. Rub mixture all over ribs.
4bake for 30 minutes on 350. baste then turn over and cook for another 30 minutes. take out and baste every 2 minutes for 10 minutes.
5ENJOY as they melt in your mouth and fall off the bone.
