I've been wanting to try a sweet and spicy pork recipe for a while, so this is what I came up with, and it's delicious.

Ingredients

12
boneless pork sirloin strips
12 slice
pepper bacon
1-2 c
sweet and spicy salsa (see link below)
mrs. dash original blend

Step-By-Step

Step 1 Direction Photo

1I bought some boneless sirloin pork chops and cut them into strips, trying to keep the strips approx. the same size. Season strips on both sides with Mrs. Dash original blend.

2I like pepper bacon, but use your favorite. Wrap one slice of bacon around each strip, you may need to fasten the ends with toothpicks. Brown both sides of strips in a hot skillet.

Step 3 Direction Photo

3Place some foil on the bottom of a bakers rack pan. Place browned strips on rack and spoon or brush salsa on top.

4Bake 325° for 30-40 min depending on thickness of strips. Remove from oven after 20 min. and spoon or brush on more salsa. Serve with remaining salsa. This is a dish that would be great for breakfast as well as any other meal.
