This is one of our favorite Super Bowl Party meals! We let it cook all day and never miss a game play! We make the coleslaw the day before and do the baked beans in another crockpot... a fun simple way to feed all of the sports fans that come over.... no slaving in the kitchen for me!

Slow Cooker Crock Pot


2 or 3 lb
boneless pork roast
1 c
water, warm
1 - 2 c
favorite barbeque sauce

Directions Step-By-Step

Put all ingredients into a crock pot on high for about 5 to 6 hours,(or on low for about 8 to 10 hrs). It is done when tender and can be shredded with a fork. Shred it, stir it and serve it on your favorite buns or rolls. You may want to add more bar-be-que sauce to your liking.

*** Our family likes a lot of spices, so we add hot sauce and ground red pepper to taste.
We serve this to friends at our Super Bowl Parties along with baked beans and coleslaw.
