1/4 cbutter or margarine (melted)

1/4 cchicken broth

2 Tbspcelery (chopped)

2 Tbsponion (chopped)

1/4 tsppoultry seasoning

1 cancondensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)

1/3 cwater
How To Make stuffed pork chops ii

1In a skillet, brown the pork chops in oil.

2Place chops in an ungreased baking dish. In a bowl, toss bread cubes, butter, broth, celery, onion, and poultry seasoning. Mound about 1/2 cup stuffing mixture on each pork chop. In a separate bowl, combine soup and water, pour over chops.

3Cover and bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Uncover; bake 10-15 minutes longer or until juices run clear and a meat thermometer reads 160 / 170F.
