pork chops, 3/4-inches thick. with pockets cut
1 c
bread crumbs
1/4 c
chopped c4elery
1/4 c
chopped onion
2 Tbsp
chopped parsley
1/4 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
paprika
1 can(s)
condensed cream of mushroom soup
enough milk to moisten dressing and for soup

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine bread crumbs, celery, onion, parsley, salt, paprika and milk. Blend well. Add milk to moisten . Fill pockets with dressing. Place in 9x13-inch baking dish. Dilute 1 can of mushroom soup with 1/3 can of milk, and cover chops with soup. Cover pan with foil and bake 1 hour. Remove foil and bake 30 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings.
