Ingredients

1 c
chopped onion
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
italian seasoning
1 1/2 c
uncooked rice
3/4 c
water
3 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp
pepper
1/2 tsp
seasoned salt
4
peppers
1 c
shredded cheese
8 oz
can tomato sauce
1/2 lb
browned beef pork or turkey

Step-By-Step

1brown onion and your meat of choice in a deep skillet. When browned add all ingredients EXCEPT cheese and tomato sauce
2cover and simmer for about 10-15 minutes or until rice is cooked (in last 5 minutes stir in tomato sauce and 1/2 of the shredded cheese)
3cut tops off of the peppers and fill with meat mixture. Top with remaining cheese
4bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes.
