My dear friend, Mary Moore, served this to our ladies at Antique Study Club one day. It was SOOOOO good that I refused to leave until she gave me the recipe!

Ingredients

1 lb
italian sausage, casings removed, cooked and crumbled
8 oz
ricotta cheese
8 oz
mexican velveeta shredded cheese
10 oz
package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
8 oz
package herb and garlic cream cheese, softened
4 oz
shredded mozzarella cheese
2
eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp
hot sauce
2 pkg
refrigerated pie crusts

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2Mix first six ingredients with the two eggs and hot sauce until well blended.
3On lightly floured surface roll out pie crust to 12-inch circle and put in pie plate.
4Fill with sausage mixture.
5Roll remaining crust and put on top of pie.
6Brush with egg and bake 35 to 40 minutes.
7Serve warm or at room temperature.
