Ingredients

1 pkg
grilling chorizo sausage, out of casings
1 tsp
cumin, powder
1/2 tsp
chipotle chili powder
1/4 c
caramelized or grilled onions
2 oz
frisée
2 medium
roma tomatoes, sliced
12
slider buns

GUACAMOLE

1 large
avocado smashed
1 large
garlic clove, grated
zest & juice of 1 lime
1 Tbsp
cilantro, chopped
habanero sea salt to taste
1/2 tsp
crushed red pepper flakes

Step-By-Step

1Add cumin and chipotle chili powder to chorizo, form sausage into 3 inch patties. Prep grill to medium high heat. Grill burgers for 2 minutes and flip and grill for an additional minute or so until juices run clear.

2Meanwhile, combine all guacamole ingredients together. Mix well.

3Build your sliders. Assemble bottom half of buns, frisée, tomato, burger, guacamole, onions and top with bun. Enjoy!
