Ingredients

6-8 medium
pork chops, boneless
1-2 c
half cooked rice
1 large
onion sliced
2 Tbsp
vegtable oil
2-14.5 can(s)
diced stewed maters with seasoning

Step-By-Step

1PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 350*.COOK RICE HALF-WAY
2IN A MED. NON-STICK SKELLET ADD OIL TILL HEATED.
3BROWN PORK CHOPS TILL BROWNED THROUGH.
4MEANWHILE SLICE ONION & LAYER IN 13x9 SPRAYED BAKING DISH.
5LAYER BROWNED CHOPS OVER ONIONS.
6ADD HALF-COOKED RICE EVENLY OVER CHOPS.
7THEN ADD CANS OF MATERS OVER RICE.
8COVER WITH FOIL.BAKE FOR 30-40 min.
