So easy moist & creamy basil pork chops

Ingredients

3 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
2 tsp
minced garlic
1/2 tsp
each, salt & pepper

lean pork loin chops
1/2 c
light cream
2 Tbsp
sliced fresh basil leaves

Step-By-Step

1Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, salt and pepper. Saute for 3 mins. Add chops. Saute m10 min per side, or until no longer pink inside.

2Remove chops to plate. Whisk cream into pan drippings. Cook, whisking, until slightly thickened. Add basil.

3Pour basil sauce over chops. Great served w/ basil mashed potatoes!
