1Brown pork chops in oil. Mix soup with water until well blended. Spray crock pot with cooking spray.Pour 1/2 of soup mixture into crock pot layer 1/2 of potatoes and onins then add chops and top with rest of the potatoes and onions and soup. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set crock pot on high for 4 to 6 hrs until chops are tender.
