Joyce's Story

I fixed this recipe for the first time for part of our Easter dinner. It was so easy and went over well.


18 oz
root beer
2 lb
pork loin
18 oz
barbecue sauce

Directions Step-By-Step

Place the pork tenderloin in a slow cooker; pour the root beer over the meat. Cover and cook on low until well cooked and the pork shreds easily, 6 to 7 hours. Note: the actual length of time may vary according to individual slow cooker. Drain well. Stir in barbecue sauce. Serve over hamburger buns or in whatever manner you like.
This is so easy and the pork loin pulls apart so easily when cook desired amount of time.

Just made this overnight and put in the BBQ sauce. Had to try it right away of course. It is so easy and tasty! Thanks for sharing.
