pork shoulder, timmed and cut into 4 chunks
In a 6 qt. crock pot combine all ingredients except the pork shoulder and whisk together well.
Add the pork, turn to cover with sauce.
Cook on low 8-10 hours or until temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
Remove the pork, shred by pulling it apart using two forks. Discard any remaining fat pieces.
Return the meat to the crockpot and stir until well coated in the sauce.
