Shawn's Giant Meatball Meatloaf

I really never liked meatloaf as I was growing (I know call me weird) but I did come up with one I like :) It's more like a huge Meatball!

Another thing I don't really care for is ketchup (I know that's weird too LOL) so if you try this recipe you can add ketchup to the top if you so desire.

Ingredients

2 lb
bulk pork sausage
2 lb
ground chuck
3 large
eggs
1 c
italian bread crumbs
1 c
parmigiano-reggiano, grated
1 small
onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

preheat oven to 350

Mix all ingredients in large bowl, you may need more bread crumbs depends on the moisture content of you meatloaf. Shape into a loaf and place on to a foil lined baking dish (you can add ketchup to the top if you like), place in oven and bake uncovered for 1 hour or until done. Enjoy
