Ingredients

MARINADE

1/3 c
each dark soy sauce, hoisin sauce and oyster sauce
1/4 c
sugar
2 Tbsp
minced ginger
1/4 c
dry sherry
1 lb
pork tenderloin thinly sliced
6 clove
garlic minced
6
green onions white and green parts separated.

baby bok choy white and green parts separated
8 oz
rice spaghetti noodles
1 1/2 c
chicken stock
2 Tbsp
cornstarch
2 Tbsp
sweet chili sauce or sirracha sause
1 tsp
sesame oil
1/2 tsp
white pepper
1/4 c
fresh cilantro chopped

Step-By-Step

1Mix ingredients for marinade and add sliced pork tenderloin. Let sit 30 minutes.
Meanwhile cook the noodles according to directions on package. Drain.

2Heat 2 tbsp oil in large skillet. Remove pork from marinade and reserve the extra. Cook pork 1 minute flipping once. Remove pork. Add the white parts of green onions and bok choy. Saute 3 minutes.

3Add the garlic and pork back into pan. Mix together the chicken broth reserved marinade, sweet chili sauce, cornstarch sesame oil, and white pepper.

4Pour over pork mixture and add noodles to pan. Saute until warmed through. Garnish with cilantro.
