This dish is made from scratch with lots of love.

The manicotti recipe is 3 c flour, 3 eggs, 1 tsp salt, approx. 1/4 c. water.

The Marinara Sauce is

Ingredients

STUFFING

16 oz
sweet italian sausage
16 oz
ricotta cheese, part-skim
8 oz
provolone cheese
6 oz
parmesan cheese
1
egg
1 tsp
each black pepper, mrs. dash tomato & basil
8 oz
mozzrella cheese

Step-By-Step

1Ground up Italian sausage and cook till done, cool. In a large bowl mix together Ricotta, Parm, Provolone, egg & Mrs. Dash tomato & basil & pepper & Italian Sausage.
2Place a generous amount of Mararina sauce in bottom of baking dish 13x9 baking dish. Place stuffing on pasta, roll up, nestle seam side down in sauce.
3Pour enough Mararina sauce on top of manicotti to cover, sprinkle liberally with Mozzrella.
4Bake 375 for 30-45 min. till bubbly & cheese is melted.
