Simple recipe -- but, it's oh-so-good! Also goes well with breakfast-for-supper meals. There's an updated version on www.tastefullysimple.com (it wouldn't let me pinch it, though), by simply adding 2 tsp of their dried onion, and a tsp of their dried garlic. In other words, it might be work exploring alternate spicing! Oh, and they dropped off 1/2 the sausage.

Ingredients

1 box
beer bread mix
12 oz
beer
1 lb
italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
1/2 c
romano or parmesan, shredded
3 Tbsp
butter

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 375*F.

2Combine beer bread mix and beer, as directed on the package. Fold in sausage and cheese.

3Place in greased loaf pan and top with butter. Bake 55 minutes or until golden brown.

4Dip into your favorite spaghetti sauce.
