swiss cheese, slices
cantimpalo sausage slices (can get at the deli)
garlic cloves, smashed
1salt and pepper each side of the pork cutlets...rub one side with the crushed garlic.
2place a slice of cheese and 2 of the cantimpalo on each and roll...secure with a toothpick
3In a skillet heat oil to medium high...coat each one in the flour and brown on all sides...then place a lid a finish cooking on low till cooked through....should be about 10-15 mins...as the cutlets are very thin, don't over cook...
4I served with rice pilaf and Fufu ( look for my recipe)
*note...this can also be made with thin cuts of steak or chicken.
