Ingredients

boston butt
french's yellow mustard
bbq rub mixture (below)

Directions Step-By-Step

• squirt yellow mustard all over meat, throw rub mixture all over meat… do not rub in, (it clogs the pores)

Now place on smoker/bbq 240-250 degrees for approx 15 hours… It will look burnt (its not…)

Remove & pull apart with gloves. Now add Carolina vinegar sauce to the meat to moisten. Put on buns & serve with slaw!! ENJOY XX

BBQ RUB (this is bulk receipe-bottle up any unused)

1 cup paprika
¼ cup kosher salt
¼ cup black pepper
¼ cup sugar
2 Tbsp garlic granules
2 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp oregano
2 Tbsp dry colemans mustard
2 Tbsp dark chili powder

CAROLINA VINEGAR SAUCE

1 ½ cups apple cider vinegar
¼ brown sugar
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp pepper
Red pepper flakes(to taste) & shake’s of hot sauce
