Pork Tenderloin with Cream Chesse & Hallies

- pork tenderloin cut lenthwise
- 1 8oz
- cream chesse
- 16 oz
- mozzarella chesse
- 1 cup
- pickled jalapenos
- slices of uncooked bacon
- salt & pepper
PORK TENDERLOIN WITH CREAM CHEESE & HALLIES
1Butterfly slice the Tenderloin, spread the cream cheese Place the "hallies"(jalapenos) on the cream cheese and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over it. All of this is done on one half of the tenderloin.
2Fold over: & sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Take each piece of bacon and wrap around the tenderloin (not lenthwise) and insert a toothpick to hold. repeat till the bacon is gone.
3If grilling, place on gas grill and cook for 1 hour, turning after 30 minutes.
If baking,preheat to 400º place in pan with rack cook 10 minutes, the cover with foil and cook 40 minutes. Then uncover, switch oven to broil and cook 5 minutes on each side till bacon if crisp.
