- boneless pork chops
- 2 pkg
- italian bread crumbs
- 2 c
- lemons, sliced
- salt and pepper
- oil for frying
Add some oil, just enough to cover bottom of pan.
Dont turn it on yet though, because then your oil will get too hot and it will over cook the breading of your pork chop.
2)Rinse pork chops off in water then sprinkle with salt and pepper. (Turn on oil to begin heating up, and leave it on medium heat)
3)Coat pork chops in the following order.
*Flour, Eggs, then bread crumbs.
Place the pork chops in the pan and fry until golden brown on each side.
(If you want, you can leave it a little bit undercooked, and place it in the oven to finish cooking while you are cooking the rest)
Test with meat thermometer to the required temp pork should be.
Once meat is done, use lemon slices to drizzle lemon juice over it, then enjoy!
