Pork Roast and Sauerkraut

- about 1/2 cup water, 7 pound pork loin roast, 5 or 6 cans of bavarian style sauerkraut undrained
1In a large roasting pan, put about 1/2 cup water. Put your pork roast in the pan and cover with the cans of sauerkraut undrained.
2cook at 350 degrees covered for about 31/2 hours. Uncover, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until kraut is browned. Roast should be very tender and come apart with a fork. Great with mashed potatoes!!!
