Put pork loin roast in crock pot with 2 cups of water.Add salt and pepper . Cook on high for 6 or 7 hours, i just
throw it on before work and it is ready to go when i get home.Drain all juice from roast into a large sauce pan and put on stove add the chicken stock to the juice and bring to boil. Add the pork base to the boiling stock. In a bowl combine corn starch and 1 cup of cold water, add that to the boiling mixture a little at a time stirring the whole time til it thickens. Add salt and pepper to taste.
shred pork and add to the gravy, take a biscut or even toast and put a pile of mashed potatos on it then add the pork and gravy on top
