Ingredients For pork fillet with paprika & sour cream

  • 2 tsp
    paprika
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 lb
    pork, thin slices
  • 1/4 c
    dry white wine

How To Make pork fillet with paprika & sour cream

    Cut the pork into thin slices. Heat the butter in a skillet; add the pork. Cook, stirring, over high heat about 30 seconds.

    Add the onion and cook, stirring, about 1 minute. Do not overcook. Sprinkle with the paprika and stir. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the pork to a saucepan. Add the wine to the skillet. Cook over high heat about 3 minutes and add the cream. Cook about 1 minute.

    Add the sour cream and cook about 1 minute. There should be about 1 1/4 cups sauce. Pour over the pork and serve.
