Ingredients

10.75 oz
golden corn soup
1.5 c
stuffing mix, corn bread
1/4 c
celery, finely chopped
1/4
onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp
paprika

pork chops, boneless and 3/4" thick
1 Tbsp
brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp
mustard, spicy brown

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine soup, stuffing, celery, onion and paprika.

In a 9" greased pie plate, spoon stuffing; arrange chops on stuffing, pressing lightly into stuffing.

Combine sugar and mustard; spread mixture evenly over chops.

Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until chops are no longer pink - Garnish with celery leaves if desired.
