This is a new favorite in my family. I just thought of this last night. The Pork Loins were delicious and juicy. I have always liked Apple Sauce on the side with my pork chops. So, I have experimented with cooking sliced apples with Pork Chops. I didn't like that very much. Last night I cooked some lean Pork Loins. This time, I just added apple juice in the pan when I cooked my Pork Loins. I am glad I tried this. I had to share it. Yum, Yum. And so simple.
