1Place Pork Chops in baking pan or dish, salt well Top each chop with a slice of lemon(or use squirt of lemon juice)and a thin slice of onion. Sprinkle generously with brown sugar, Pour 1 tlbs of ketchup over each chop Cover bake 1 hour uncover and bake 30 minutes longer , basting accasionally
