- 2 tsp coarse black pepper
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp parsley (fresh or dried)
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 4 1/4" to 1/2" thick boneless pork chops
1sprinnkle black pepper, garlic powder, parsley and parmesan cheese on 4 1/4" to 1/2" thick boneless pork chops (both sides)
2Brown on both sides in a small amount of olive oil. Add white wine, and chicken broth.
3Cover with lid and let simmer for 15 minutes.
