Pork Chops Apples and Yams

- 1/2 c
- dark karo syrup or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp
- each ginger, s&p, and cinnamin
- 1 c
- chicken stock
- 1 can(s)
- lg. yams
- 2 large
- granny smith apples
1mix syrup and dry ingedient set aside.
Brown pork chops in large pan on stove.
2Pour chicken stock, apples and yams over pork bring to boil, add syrup mix to pan combine.
3reduce to simmer, cover for 25-30 min stirring ocationally till apples soften and pork is done.
