Ingredients For pork chops and vegetables

  • 1-3 lb
    pork chops, boneless
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    chicken broth, low-fat
  • 2 c
    baby carrots
  • 2 c
    potatoes - peeled and quartered

How To Make pork chops and vegetables

    dredge chops in flour and brown in small amount of olive oil.

    after browning, place chops in baking dish, add carrots and potatoe's.

    Mix soup and chicken broth and pour over chops and vegetables. bake at 350 for 1 hr.
