Ingredients

pork chops
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp
oil
1/2 c
onion,chopped
2 Tbsp
butter
2-2/3 c
rice,cooked
1 c
apples,diced
1 c
dried prunes,chopped
1-1/2 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
black pepper
1/8 tsp
poultry seasoning

Directions Step-By-Step

Salt and pepper pork chops,then brown in oil in large oven-safe skillet;drain and set aside. In same pan,saute onion in butter until soft. Add remaining ingredients except meat,mixing well.
Arrange pork chops on rice mixture;cover and bake at 350 degrees about 45 mins or until done.
