my family and friends have tried this and loved it this is my Mom's recipe and is deliciuos of course we always had applesauce on the side.

How To Make pork chop casserole

1peel 5 medium potatoes and slice 1/2" thick place one layer of potatoes in a rectangle baking dish

2layer 4 pork chops on top of potatoes

3add another layer of potatoes then pork chops then add 1 can of cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup whichever you prefer. bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes or until pork is done.
