DirectionsHeat oven to 350 F.Brown polish sausage with veggies in a large skillet. Stir in sauce, 3/4 of creme and 1/2 cup each of cheese; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes, or until well combine. Add pasta; mix lightly.Spoon into 2 quart casserole top with remaining creme and cheese. Cover.Bake 20 minutes or until heated trough uncover after 15 minutes.
